Zync releases 7″ Android budget tablet

Zync Globalhas launched a 7 inch Android tablet at a low cost of Rs. 5500. The Tablet will run on the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. The Z-930 is the first tablet from zync which cold be upgraded to the latest Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system.

The device has a 7 inch TFT LCD capacitive 5-point multi-touch screen. The processor is 1.2 GHz Cortex-A8 processor, Mali-400 GPU, with 512 MB RAM and 4 GB internal storage. You can use a microSD card to expand its memory by 32 GB. There is no SIM slot in the tablet, but it supports 3G via a USB dongle. Video formats supported are AVI, MP4, VOB, MPEG4, FLV, 3GP, H.264, H.263, DivX, Xvid, WMV, MKV. Audio formats supported are MP3, FLAC, WAV, WMA, AAC, AC3. The battery is of 3600 mAh capacity.

There is one-year “pick-up and drop” warranty with the tablet which is interesting. It will be available at stores and e-stores like  Flipkart.com, Snapdeal.com, and Infibeam.com sometime next week reports techtree.com.
